To participate in this event as a vendor will allow you and your company to have maximum exposure to over 5,000 anticipated participants in The Great Tailgate Party. You can print a copy of the application from the viewer or you can complete the application below and pay online to complete your application process.

Participation Agreement * Submission of this form means that I have read and understood the vendor application and participation agreemnet. I further understand that failure to make my payment online or by mail by August 20 could cancel my participation as a vendor. I further agree that neither ESPN2 nor Cando LLC has any liability related to my product, services or performance as a vendor. As a condition of my participation in this event, I will present a copy of my liability insurance.All food vendors will be required to provide a copy of insurance prior to the day of the event, naming ESPN, Disney World Resorts and Cando Event Planning as additional insureds. Participation in this event indemnifies ESPN, Disney World Resorts and Cando Event Planning from any negligence, liability or injury that may result due to the sale, presentation or purchase of your sale items, information or products. Cando Event Planning, ESPN, and Disney World Resorts maintain the right to refuse the participation of any sponsor, vendor or contestant. Notification of Refusal will be made in writing prior to the date of the event, and all monies paid will be refunded.

 After completing your application you can pay online through our secured website.  PAY HERE!!

Registration and load in for all vendors will begin at 7:00 a.m. on September 5, 2010.  Vendors are required to be set up and unauthorized vehicles removed from the field no later than 8:15 a.m.  One table and 2 chairs will be provided for all vendors/exhibitors.  You must provide your own electrical power.  Tents will be provided for vendors who have paid for that service. Garbage recepticles will be made available.
